These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you", "the licensee", "the customer") and MineStar Network ("we", "us", "the operator"), operating from Spain. They govern your use of StarChat (the "Plugin"), the website at https://starchat.minestar.me, the licence dashboard, the Nebula AI assistant, and any related services (the "Service"). If you don't agree to these Terms in full, do not buy, download, or use the Service.
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country, whichever is higher) to purchase a licence. By purchasing, you confirm you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract. If you're buying on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
Subject to payment of the published price and continued compliance with these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to:
The licence is granted to you personally (the Discord account that completed the purchase). It is not assignable; you cannot sell, gift, lease, sub-license or otherwise transfer it. A licence found to be shared between multiple unrelated operators will be revoked under section 7 with no refund.

The Plugin is sold for €9.99 (one-time) plus any applicable VAT. Prices are shown in EUR and are subject to change for new purchases at any time; existing licences are not affected by future price changes. Payment is processed by:
We do not see, store, or process card data; the payment processor is the data controller for that information.
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, consumers in the EU normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, that right does not apply to digital content delivered immediately, when:
Because StarChat is a digital good delivered the moment you click "Buy" — and because pasting the licence key into a Minecraft server starts using it immediately — by completing the purchase you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal is exhausted.
Beyond that, we offer a free 7-day trial at /trials so you can test the full feature set on your server before paying. Once a paid licence has been issued, refunds are not available, including for change of mind, perceived under-use, or compatibility issues you could have caught during the trial. Exceptions: (a) duplicate purchase of the same licence (we'll refund the duplicate), or (b) the Service being unavailable for more than seven (7) consecutive days through our fault.
Refunds, when granted, are issued through the same channel as the purchase (BuiltByBit or Stripe). Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us at contacto@minestar.me will be disputed and result in immediate licence revocation.
Trial licences are free, time-limited (7 days from issuance), bound to a single Discord account, and limited to one trial per account ever. Trial keys cannot be extended without prior agreement. They run the same JAR, the same modules and receive the same Discord support as paid licences. Abusing trials (creating multiple Discord accounts to extend the trial) is a breach of section 3 and grounds for permanent ban under section 7.
We may suspend or terminate your licence with no refund if:
We will normally email a warning before terminating, except in cases of clear redistribution or fraud where we may terminate immediately. You may terminate at any time by simply ceasing to use the Service; on request, we will erase your account data subject to the retention rules in the Privacy Policy.
We continuously develop the Plugin and may release new versions, modify or remove features, or change the dashboard layout. We target compatibility for the Minecraft versions listed on the product page (1.18 — 1.21.x); compatibility with future Minecraft versions is best-effort but not guaranteed. The licence dashboard and Nebula AI are provided as a service; we may take them down for maintenance or wind them down with at least 60 days notice.
Except where required by mandatory consumer law, the Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure. Statutory warranties under Spanish consumer law (RD-Leg. 1/2007), where you qualify as a consumer, are not affected by this section.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
You agree to defend and hold us harmless from any third-party claim arising out of (i) your use of the Service in breach of these Terms, (ii) content you publish through the Plugin, or (iii) your violation of any law or third-party right.
Your personal data is processed under our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes are announced in the Discord #announcements channel and by email to active licence holders, at least 14 days before they take effect. If you don't agree to a material change, your only remedy is to stop using the Service before the change takes effect; continued use after that is acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain and the European Union, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The Spanish courts of the operator's place of residence have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where you qualify as a consumer under EU Regulation (EU) 1215/2012, in which case you may also sue in the courts of your own EU member state. EU consumers can also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
If any clause of these Terms is held unenforceable, the rest remain in force. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the End-User Licence Agreement, are the entire agreement between you and MineStar Network and supersede any prior understanding.
